  • Fryers may be split in half – or –  cut into drums, thighs, wings, & breasts.
  • Whole legs may be cut into drums and thighs.
  • Bone-in breasts may be split in half.
  • Boneless breasts may be fileted in half.

Pieces will be wrapped to your specifications in butcher paper.
