DEER PROCESSING FEESÂ FOR THE 2025 /2026 SEASON
We are currently accepting deer for processing.
NJ still does not allow us to process bone in deer meat from out of state.
Note: We pride ourselves in fulfilling your order, including ground meat, using only your own deer. The exceptions to this rule are sausages, snack sticks, and chip steak; we make those products in combined batches so that we may offer a greater variety of sausage flavors, and keep production costs down.
We accept deer for processing 24/7. Full service check-in is available during the following times:
Self check-in is available at all other times. |
DEER DROP OFF LOCATION IS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING AT THE LOADING DOCK.Â
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE SIGN FOR SELF DROP OFF! DURING SELF CHECK-IN HOURS, PLACE YOUR DEER IN THE RED COOLER.
Although the standard turnaround time for deer processing is one week, it can sometimes take a bit longer. Be sure to confirm that your deer is ready before coming to pick it up. Check our “is it ready?” page for the the current status.Â
There is a $1 per box, per week storage fee for any deer left over 30 days. Deer that are not picked up within 60 days will be discarded.
We add a small amount of pork to some venison sausage products to enhance their flavor and texture.
Penn State University offers this useful guide for the proper care and handling of venison.
