The products below are made or prepared on-site by our team. The others are products we’ve secured through special arrangements, or hard-to-find products that are not widely available. In either case, you can rest assured they’re always Bringhurst Fresh.
Jerky – full-bodied and flavorful. Made from top round.
Heritage Pork – Traditional breeds that are more flavorful than today’s commercial pigs. Raised on our pastures.
Sausages – With more than 40 flavors to choose from, you may have trouble deciding on a favorite – but you’ll enjoy the journey.
Smoked Meats – Our award-winning kielbasi, spiral cut ham, 8 varieties of bacon, and more… all expertly smoked.

What’s more rare than a good prime rib? Full service butcher shops! That’s why Bringhurst Gift Cards are something just about anyone in or near South Jersey will appreciate. Give the gift of a true butcher shop experience complete with ultra-fresh meats, a wide selection of traditional and specialty products, and the most experienced team of butchers in the area.
Our gift cards may be used only at our butcher shop / store located at 38 Taunton Rd in Berlin, NJ. It may be used for any of our products and services, including our catering services. They’re available in any value you choose, beginning at $20. There are no purchase or user fees, and they never expire.
The value of your gift card is written on its envelope. To check your gift card balance, please present your card to the cashier or bring it to the customer service window. You may also email your balance inquiry to service@bringhurstmeats.com, or call us at (856) 767-0110. Be sure to provide the gift card ID number printed beneath the magnetic stripe.
Protect your card as you would cash. If your card is lost or stolen, report it right away. Although there is no guarantee against loss or theft, we may be able to replace the missing card if you report the loss before it is redeemed.
