The products below are made or prepared on-site by our team. The others are products we’ve secured through special arrangements, or hard-to-find products that are not widely available. In either case, you can rest assured they’re always Bringhurst Fresh.
Jerky – full-bodied and flavorful. Made from top round.
Heritage Pork – Traditional breeds that are more flavorful than today’s commercial pigs. Raised on our pastures.
Sausages – With more than 40 flavors to choose from, you may have trouble deciding on a favorite – but you’ll enjoy the journey.
Smoked Meats – Our award-winning kielbasi, spiral cut ham, 8 varieties of bacon, and more… all expertly smoked.
