Through October 17, 2026, the price is $6.39 lb. for conventional, and $6.99 lb. for grass-fed. Â
Our beef hindquarters typically weigh between 180 and 200 lbs. At the sample price of $6.39 lb., your hindquarter would cost somewhere between $1,168 and $1,298.  We will provide the final price after your animal is weighed, and prior to requesting payment.
