Our award-winning jerky is genuine old fashioned jerky. Unlike the soft, damp kind you might find in a grocery store or convenience mart, ours is a thick-cut, full bodied jerky you can really chew.  Our original beef jerky is made from grass-fed top round, marinated with our special spice blend, then smoked with real hickory to enhance the natural beef flavor.
