Through March 14, 2026 the price per lb. is $6.59.   

Our beef hindquarters typically weigh between 180 and 200 lbs.  At the sample price of $6.09 lb., your hindquarter would cost somewhere between $1,096 and $1,218.   We will provide the final price after your animal is weighed, and prior to requesting payment.
